American Diploma

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Six Passport – Size Recent Photos

  • Two Original Birth Certificate issued in the same year of admissions

  • Copy of Student’s National ID (Egyptian Students only)

  • Copy of Father’s National ID (Egyptian Students only)

  • Student's Passport (Non-Egyptian Students)

  • Military Service Form “Namozag 2 Gond + 6 or 7” (Egyptian male Students only)

Main REQUIREMENTS

Minimum subjects from Grade 12 is “four” while maximum number of subjects from Grade “10” is two.
The passing grade for SAT I/EST I is 800 while (ACT-1) the passing grade is (14) while the passing grade for SAT II/Act II/EST II is 900
 

From Egypt:

  1. American Diploma Transcript:

    • Original Final High School Transcript (Grades 10, 11 & 12) stamped by the school, the U.S. Accreditation Institution, and the (الإدارة العامة للإمتحانات) General Administration of Examinations.

    • If Grades 10, 11 & 12 are from different schools, separate transcripts are required for each grade, stamped and authenticated from the issuing school, the U.S. Accreditation Institution, and the (الإدارة العامة للإمتحانات) General Administration of Examinations.

  2. American Diploma Certificate:

    • Original Diploma stamped by the school, the U.S. Accreditation Institution, and the (الإدارة العامة للإمتحانات) General Administration of Examinations.

  3. EST/ACT I or/II:

    • Original authenticated EST/ACT I or II.

  4. Proof of 12 years of schooling:

    • Original 3rd Preparatory (اعدادية) certificate (national system).

    • OR Original 6th Primary (ابتدائية) certificate (national system) + original authenticated enrollment letter for all of the next 6 years, stamped from the school and the school's Educational Zone.

    • OR Original authenticated enrollment letter of 12 years of schooling, stamped by the school and the Educational Zone, in case of spending all 12 years in the international system.

  5. Proof of registration in the Ministry of Education:

    • Copy of the student's name list that confirms the student's registration in the school and the Egyptian Ministry of Education.

    • (افادة التعليم الخاص) Private Education Affidavit.

  6. Arabic & Religion exam results.

  7. External Transfer Students:

    • Withdrawal letter from the latest university + original authenticated university transcript + original course content for each subject stamped from the university + good conduct letter

    • (خطاب حسن سير وسلوك).

From Abroad:

  1. American Diploma Transcript:

    • Original Final High School Transcript (Grades 10, 11 & 12) stamped by the school, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing the certificate, and the Egyptian Embassy in the country issuing the certificate.

    • If Grades 10, 11 & 12 are from different schools, separate transcripts are required for each grade, stamped by the school, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing the certificate, and the Egyptian Embassy in the country issuing the certificate.

  2. American Diploma Certificate:

    • Original Diploma stamped by the school, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing the certificate, and the Egyptian Embassy in the country issuing the certificate.

  3. SAT:

    • Original SAT scores certificate must be stamped by Amideast in Egypt and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

    • Students must provide the Admissions Department with their username and password for the College Board website.

  4. Proof of 12 years of schooling:

    • Proof of 12 years of schooling (original & authenticated), stamped by the school, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, and the Egyptian Embassy.

  5. Amideast accreditation letter:

    • Original accreditation letter from Amideast. If the student studied in different schools during grades 10, 11, and 12, then a letter of accreditation is required for each school, also stamped by Amideast and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  6. Original authenticated certificate of Arabic & Religion exam results, issued with the same form set by the Egyptian Ministry for Higher Education.
