Continuing the "Prevention is Better than Cure" Initiative

Community Awareness Seminar by the Faculty of Physical Therapy – May University

As part of May University’s commitment to community service and its continuing "Prevention is Better than Cure" initiative, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Physical Therapy organized an educational and awareness seminar on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at El Mostaqbal Official Distinguished Language School (El Mostaqbal Educational Administration – May).

Community Outreach Seminar: "Prevention is Better than Cure"

In line with May University’s commitment to its social responsibility and its ongoing efforts to raise health awareness within the community, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Physical Therapy, in collaboration with the Misr Public Library, organized a seminar titled:

The event took place in celebration of World Physical Therapy Day on September 8, 2022.

The seminar addressed several important health topics, including:

• Prevention of spinal pain

من فعاليات تنظيم اليوم العلمي الثاني من سلسلة اللقاءات العلمية والتدريبية ل د.مها سمير مدرس العلاج الطبيعي والتغذية جامعة مايو بحضور نخبة من أطباء واستشاري التغذية العلاجية ورؤساء الجمعيات الطبية .. و دارت الفعاليات والنقاشات حول الأساليب الطبية المستحدثة في علاج الدهون الموضعية .. وشملت الفعاليات ورشة عمل وتدريب عملي على هامش المحاضرات العلمية بمشاركة متميزة وفعالة من طلبة كلية العلاج الطبيعى جامعة مايو المتميزين بالمستوى الثالث.

يأتي ذلك في إطار اهتمام الكلية بتفعيل برنامج تطوير المهارات العملية و العلمية لطلاب الكلية لمواكبة اسواق العمل المحلية و الاقليمية وذلك يوم الجمعة ١٦ مايو ٢٠٢٥
