Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shetawy (Dean of the Faculty of Engineering), and under the supervision of Dr. Matrine Mohamed (Coordinator of the Architecture Engineering Program) and Dr. Renad Afifi (Course Instructor), the first-year students of the Architecture Engineering Program presented their projects as part of the practical applications of the course “Construction Technology 1.”
Each student group created a 3D model of a structural section of a building (varying by floor level), illustrating all the real-life layers and materials used in construction.
